A Plus Auto and Diesel and Transmission Shop Introduce

A Plus Auto and Diesel and Transmission Shop, located at 510 Kraft St, Clarksville, TN 37040, USA, positions itself as a comprehensive auto repair station, offering a broad spectrum of services that specifically include expertise in diesel engines and transmissions, in addition to general automotive repair. This multi-faceted approach aims to cater to a wide range of vehicle owners, from those with standard cars to those requiring specialized work on diesel trucks or complex transmission issues.

The environment at A Plus Auto and Diesel and Transmission Shop elicits varied responses from customers, as indicated by the provided reviews. One customer describes their experience with "Brad" as a "wonderful mechanic" who has "always made it right." This suggests a professional and dedicated approach to problem-solving, creating an environment where customers feel their issues are genuinely addressed, even through multiple attempts if necessary. The phrase "Put your trust in this company" indicates a sense of reliability and confidence fostered by the mechanic's actions. However, another review starkly contrasts this, describing the owner as "not a good person" and detailing an instance where the car was "left the same" after payment, with a request for "more money to fix what was supposed to be the problem." This suggests an environment that, at times, can be perceived as lacking in accountability and customer consideration. The presence of such contrasting views indicates that the customer experience can vary, pointing to potential inconsistencies in service delivery or interpersonal interactions. A shop aiming for comprehensive care would ideally cultivate a uniformly positive and trustworthy environment for all clients.

The services offered by A Plus Auto and Diesel and Transmission Shop are clearly indicated by its name: "Auto and Diesel and Transmission Shop." This signifies a wide range of capabilities. Their core services would encompass general automotive repairs, including routine maintenance like oil changes, brake inspections, and tire services. The "Diesel" component suggests specialized expertise in servicing and repairing diesel engines, which involve distinct fuel systems, turbochargers, and emissions components. The "Transmission Shop" aspect is particularly noteworthy, implying that they possess in-depth knowledge and specialized equipment for diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing both automatic and manual transmissions. This specialization is crucial as transmission issues can be complex and costly, requiring dedicated expertise. One customer's experience with a car needing a "3rd transmission" implies that the shop is indeed equipped to handle significant and recurring transmission problems, even if multiple attempts were required in that specific case. Beyond these specialties, it is typical for such a comprehensive facility to handle engine diagnostics, electrical repairs, cooling system services, steering and suspension work, and potentially even commercial and residential towing as per other online information. Their service offerings position them as a one-stop shop for diverse and often challenging vehicle issues.

Key features of A Plus Auto and Diesel and Transmission Shop, as highlighted by customer feedback, include expertise in transmissions and a commitment to fair pricing, though these features are also subject to differing opinions. The positive review emphasizes that "Brad" is a "wonderful mechanic" who ensures things are "made right," and that prices are "reasonable" without overcharging. This points to a feature of honesty and integrity in their billing practices, which is highly valued in the auto repair industry. The ability to effectively address complex issues like multiple transmission replacements also speaks to a feature of persistence and technical capability. The "best in town" remark from one customer suggests a high level of satisfaction with the quality of work performed. Conversely, the negative review cites a lack of knowledge ("he doesn't know what he is doing") and poor customer service ("insulting me when I tried to confront him of his bad labor"). This highlights an inconsistency in customer experience, where features like reliability and professionalism might not always be consistently delivered across all interactions or repairs. For potential customers, this means evaluating the specific experiences shared by others regarding the type of service they need.

As for promotional information, the provided reviews offer mixed messages. The positive testimonial serves as strong word-of-mouth promotion, encouraging others to "please go here for all your needs" and "Put your trust in this company." Such direct endorsements, especially when they speak to honesty and reasonable pricing, are highly effective in attracting new customers. However, the negative review acts as a significant counter-promotional message, advising others to "Please don't take your car to be fixed there don't want this to happen. To any one else." In the age of online reviews, both positive and negative feedback shape a business's reputation and can significantly influence customer decisions. While the shop might have general marketing or local advertising efforts, the provided customer feedback is the most direct form of "promotional" information. For A Plus Auto and Diesel and Transmission Shop, managing and addressing negative customer experiences would be crucial for maintaining a strong overall public perception and leveraging the positive endorsements effectively. The emphasis on "reasonable prices" and being "best in town" (from one customer's perspective) would be key elements to highlight in any formal promotional materials.

In summary, A Plus Auto and Diesel and Transmission Shop, located at 510 Kraft St, Clarksville, TN 37040, USA, with phone number (931) 263-4096 and mobile phone +1 931-263-4096, presents itself as a specialized auto repair station capable of handling general automotive, diesel, and complex transmission repairs. While some customers praise the honesty, professionalism, and reasonable pricing of their mechanics, other feedback indicates significant concerns regarding service quality and customer relations. Prospective local users would need to consider these varying experiences when deciding whether to entrust their vehicle to this establishment, weighing the reported expertise in specific areas like transmissions against inconsistent customer service accounts.

Took new master cylinder , material for oil change and coolant flush, told him parking brake doesn't work needs repair, check engine light and maintenance light on dash need corrected, the guy did put the master cylinder on and the oil change and coolant flush materials that I had brought. He installed throttle body which cost $50, the truck runs worst because some vacuum code but inform him that when I drop the truck off. The throttle body that he charged me nearly $800 for didn't come close to correcting the problem, parking brake still doesn't work lights on the dash along with the check engine light and the maintenance light. Nearly $800 in 3 days and the truck is not drivable but he stands there and tells me that he would drive it anywhere. You take your vehicle down there good luck. The one of the mechanics smoking weed rather blatantly, you'll be a fool to trust that mechanic shop !!

The best auto shop you can find! If you need work done and done good, this place needs to be your first option. My truck has been having problems after problems and A Plus auto and Diesel have been the only place that has had the knowledge to fix the issues, these men are the best at what they do and I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else, no matter what the issue is, they put the work in!
