Customer Service Is Okay. Parts are obviously repacked under napa name at a premium so you are over paying for mediocre quality. Had to deal with the warehouse side of this location and between the management and workers this location is a Joke. Very little organization. I Can see why people use the competition (Auto zone, O'Reillys) as you get better service, better quality! UPDATE: Terrible Customer Service and Work Ethic. Napa makes no effort to fix common sense issues. Company is run by Amazon rejects

DONT GO HERE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT & SUBPAR PRODUCTS. DONT LET THERE CORPORATE TRY TO FOOL YOU WITH "WE VALUE YOUR BUSINESS CRAP". THERE COPORATE IS A JOKE AND IM SURE THEY WILL RESPOND WITH A COMMENT ON HOW THEY WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO ME AND SEE IF THEY CAN MAKE IT BETTER. WHAT WOULD MAKE IT BETTER WOULD BE BETTER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! THERES A REASON WHY THERES AN O'REILLYS RIGHT DOWN THE BLOCK FROM THEM AT LEAST THEY MAKE AN EFFORT! Or AUTOZONE WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION AS WELL BECAUSE I GET THE RIGHT PRODUCT WHEN I GO THERE AND PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY KNOW ABOUT VEHICLES!

Walked in looking for auto parts and walked out empty handed. Company keeps going more downhill every month. I'll stick with Auto Zone

It took 24hrs for my online order to be ready, and when I picked up my battery, it was already one year old. Additionally, the description stated it would be a flush cover. The one I received has vent plugs and is not flush. Although the warranty begins at time of purchase, I am more concerned with longevity because it will likely last beyond the warranty but not as long as a new battery should. I am mildly disappointed.
