Appointment 1pm, Reach there at 11am, got dock at 12pm, got Paperwork 1pm, they are very strict with appointments time.

Poor customer service experience. Upon entry, we stated that we had a mobile order, and the gentleman at the counter gave us the "really?" look, as it if was the most inconvenienced task ever requested. I get that it's an auto parts store, and I don't expect customer service to be the greatest, but his body language spoke wonders. The order was quickly gathered and we left without much conversation. I still favor NAPA, though, but I'll consider a different location next time.

first off, due to the long-standing issues of overall incompetence and quite often just a literal don't give a **** attitude, I won't even shop at my closest local Napa anymore. because of this, I recently placed an online order at the distribution center on delaware/east douglas. I was contacted over the weekend by an employee who told me he needed to make a change with some of my parts and that everything was all ready for me to come in and pick up. well, I get there and no surprise this day and age, what I was told is not what happened. from what I gathered at the front desk, it sounded like he just completely dropped the ball and never followed through. I was about ready to just tell them to cancel the order so I could go to a different chain, when the store manager Scott stepped in. The man was literally on his way out the door to go home, but he had seen me standing there for quite some time so he inquired what was going on. I think he was about as frustrated as I was. altogether I think I was in the store for roughly 45 minutes to pick up an online order that I had already placed two or three days earlier. he ended up correcting the situation and gave me an excellent deal. I dealt with him maybe a year or so ago for some other mess there. I don't even remember what it was about, but I do remember him correcting things for me then as well. it's very seldom you come across customer service like this anymore. you can tell that the man genuinely cares about taking care of the customer. more businesses need to recognize and appreciate the monumental value of employees like this if they expect to retain return customers.
