I did not expect to get the exceptional customer service I received. After seeing a promotional item of the month online, it was not available to order rather noted to call the store to order. After calling multiple Napa auto parts and calling customer service I was not able to order these real tree seat covers. I was told I had to visit the flagship store in Astoria/Long Island city to pay n have shipped, which is hours away from here. I decided to go into this location as I was close by, Justin did a lot of digging and was able to order the deal of the month for me, he also went out of his way to make sure I only paid shipping once because the POS system clearly is not the best, it wanted me to be charged twice for shipping these two same items from the same location. Thank you Justin for going above and beyond doing what not even customer service nor multiple other Napa locations( including Long Island city store ) could do . Justin knows how to communicate effectively, to all walks of life, which is a very strong suit in its self. I noticed another employee in the back (old man) was doing nothing while I had others customers waiting behind me. I don’t care if that old man employee is a manager or mechanic, he could have assisted the other customers behind me in some way, rather than just standing there. These young men need to be treated better and probably paid more for their work. I’m certain these older men probably get paid way more but work less efficiently, they need to revisit teamwork and what that means.

I was pleasantly surprised with the awesome customer service i received. Unlike many chain auto stores that have employees to check you out, and have no clue of anything further. They were not like this. The employees were knowledgeable and Professional. We have used them several times now for our Bus Upgrades. And will continue to do so for future needs.
