Everyone has a bad day. But I don't think people should be talked to in the manner I was spoken to this morning. Ordered filters yesterday before the store closed, they were there this morning. I forgot my receipt in my work truck and was yelled at for not having it. When I asked if I needed my receipt, I was told no it just makes it easier. I don't understand. Nearly $100 for filters too but I needed them. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Always staff with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you need a auto part in a hurry 9 times outta 10 they seem to have what you need in stock. If i've had to wait Bill and the crew will get it from the warehouse prettty quickly. A few hours tops. I've been nagging them to get their online presence up to par with other auto parts databases. I will revisit this review and rate higher once they fix their pertinent phone number, hours, address and inventory info online so I can find them on "maps".

Ordered a pre air filter. It was the wrong one. Spent 30 min on phone ordering the “correct one”. Drove 30 min only to find out it was the same one. Sales rep was “the book said this is the right filter you are out of luck...”. Never... use.. this... store!!! Ever..

the service is awful. I called looking for parts and were told that they had everything in stock and i could pick it up at anytime. I went the next afternoon and found i was lied to and that the counterman never even looked the parts up, and they had none of it!!!! I had made plans to get a ride there relying on their word and was rudely let down. Monroe has a way better store with way friendlier and helpful staff and i will never return to newtown napa.

This Napa Auto parts store had the item I needed & held on to it for me till I was able to finish work & get to store. Their prices are a little higher than some other auto parts store. They have just about everything for your car or truck & if not in stock I am almost sure they would order it for you. You can see the store from the road off route 25 N & S.
