My passenger side mirror had been broken off, so I brought it into Berkshire to have them check it out. Rick looked it over and called the dealer with my VIN to order the parts. He was careful to make sure that he only ordered the parts that were needed for the repair and not the whole assembly. Once the parts arrived I dropped my car off in the evening and it was ready for me at 9:30 the next morning. Jim, Herb, and Rick are all great guys, who I honestly believe are looking out for their customers, and the work out of the shop is always top-notch. Highly recommend.

As a woman going into an auto shop, I usually expect some side eye, being talked down to like I know nothing about cars (which is annoying cause I'm knowledgeable about basics), or feeling coerced into work I probably don't really need. I didn't feel like that at all getting my rear brakes done here today. The guys at the front desk were wonderfully friendly, treated me like a human, and respected my decisions regarding my car. I'll definitely be back.

Idk if it's because I'm a girl, but they tried charging me over $300 for an oil change and 4 spark plugs. I ha e bills from other places in the area for an oil change and all of them are less than $100. When I told them I had all the parts to do both jobs, they then said it would be 120 for the plugs and 25 for the oil change. Either way, yes, they're nice enough but they could care less about bending you over and taking all your money because "we all have financial struggles" so says Heubert or Howie or Hank... They don't care about the customer, just the money we fork over. Overpriced. Not worth it. Go literally anywhere else in the area.
