Two young men were at the counter just talking. I was the only one in the store. They just looked up and then continued talking. Every time I’d ask a question or ask about a service, they looked confused and then turned every answer into negative. I have so much trouble putting on wiper blades, so I asked someone else to see if they could try and they said it was the wrong blades. I will not go back.

Well I guess there is a first time for everything.... The counter man was to worried about the customer behind me and was quick to tell me they didn't have the right socket nowhere in the store..... I had to go find it myself which was a 7/32 and I needed a 5.5 but the 7/32 worked just fine..... I hate going into a store to spend my hard earned money and not getting the proper service and then get rushed out the store..... I quit going to AutoZone because of there customer service so I guess I will take my business to Seips from now on ...... Napa really disappointed me today..... ....
