Took my Mom's buick park avenue there to get the horn reconnected and see why it wasn't running right. Told Randy Reidner that I checked the relay switch to the horn and it was plugged in. He told me he had taken the inside fender off and disabled the horn bc it kept going off. Picked the car up 2 days later and Randy went over what was done to the car. Said it was missing on cylinder 3, replace that and the coil pack. Replaced the relay switch to the horn bc it wasn't in glove box. It wasn't in glove box bc it was plugged in other the hood still. The owners manual came up missing out of the glove box and the cover to the relay switches under the hood was vandalized. I was charged for a relay switch that was already in the car and when I looked back at receipts for past repairs, cylinder 3 has been replaced in 2022 and 23. So not only is there a thief but obviously they don't know what they're doing. The vandalism, no idea why someone would do that, other than the fact they have a problem with me and don't have the balls to confront me.

Charged us $2,800 in mis-diagnosed repairs. We asked them to correct the faulty repairs and they had ZERO accountability. The owner of the shop refused to admit it was their fault. Even though all we did as a customer was pay them $2,800. He refused to say sorry. Kept asking "what are you after?, What do you want? What are you seeking?" To his surprise we didn't want anything other than accountability and the problem fixed. We also paid for an oil change and did not receive it. We drove 4 hours one way with almost no oil and what was in there was black and had no viscosity. The owner is a scam artist who has young people without training help him. We are reporting him to the better businesses bureau.

Highly recommend Seip Automotive! Great guys & they have always taken great care of me & my car! As a single mother it’s hard to trust a mechanic after being taken advantage of but these guys came highly recommended to me & they not only fixed my car but reassured me that I didn’t need what I had originally been told(which was extremely costly) & made the payment arrangements easy for me & my situation.
