Worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic, hands down. No good mechanic will have your vehicle 33 days, then tell you there is nothing wrong with your vehicle so he fixes a random thing, charges $300 then sends you on your way. Not once but twice did that same routine to me, over 30 days without my vehicle both times, and "fixed" windows both times. The second window stopped working within a month. Neither time I asked for the windows to be fixed and he never consulted me about it before he did it. If you don't have his private cellphone number forget about getting an answer or callback on the shop phone, he doesn't answer it and the machine is always full.

They did a great job, Ryan kept me informed, was accommodating, the job was quick and they were very reasonable on the price. I had BigE’s do the timing chain, phasers, phaser sensor, oil pump, harmonic balancer, and oil change on my Expedition. The truck runs great, I will continue to use them to service my vehicles. Big E and his employed mechanics have always been great. Been a loyal customer for five years and my father for I don't know how long. Just price for just work; he is very fair and real. He knows what's wrong and how to fix it. Ain't if it ain't broke he won't fix it. I'm most likely a life long customer.
