NAPA Auto Parts

Very friendly staff. They jump right in to help and answer any questions. If they don’t have it they can get it. I’ve never had to wait more then three hours for a part to come in. Definitely like buying from here. If you haven’t been here it’s a must stop auto part store.

Nothing but good to say about the staff and the parts. Always an excelent experience, plus it's 3min. from work. It's like grandpa always said; "You Get What You Pay For". I definately won't take the chance of my family being left along side the road because I was cheap. When it was just myself I bought cheap & very seldom did it not cost me more in the long run. Do it once, do it right. Buy NAPA!

It's a parts store. I had no problems getting in and out. If they don't have what you need they can most likely order it. I did have to run over to the Heath location to get some of what I needed, but the Newark location made sure it was there and even let me pay for all of it at once so all I needed to do was stop in, grab and go. Very friendly people and they answered all my questions with no hassle. I prefer NAPA over any other parts store for quality any day.

Overpriced batteries, staff can't even give you on a quote on something if you don't know the exact year and your employees are lazy all they do is sit at the counter and Grumble anyway I guess that's what happens when you're such a big company that you don't worry about the small man anymore anyway thanks anyway you'll never get my business again
