NAPA Auto Parts

I went in to this location and I was greeted extremely rude but Kelsie who is the store manager. I came in with an old battery from Napa. I placed it in the desk and just stared at it and asked what do I want? I was shocked how she was talking to me I didn’t know what to say. I asked her if I can get help by someone else. And asked if she was ok. I started recording also. She told mre I had to leave. So I called the police to file a report. I also called headquarters. The other employees seemed cool, but by the way they were acting I could tell they are use to that. I hope Kelsie gets through whatever she’s going through but this is no excuse to treat people so awful.

I ordered my parts for my Lexus gx470 online. Pick-up to this location because my neighbor gets his parts here. Date of order December 29, 2024 Date of Pick-up December 31, 2024 When I got there the parts wasn't ready, took them almost an hour to sort it. One of my parts fell of the box and when I found out, they knew and didn't even call me to save me the drive. I thought it ended there. When my mechanic was fixing the car, he saw that the sparkplug they gave me was 2 of a different kind. I ordered 8, that means 4 correct plugs and 4 wrong ones. They could have checked it before giving pick-up. Who does that? The employee that attended to me didn't even care. I have to drive to 2 different locations just to get my correct parts. I'm really disappointed on this store's customer service, which I though was good. As much as possible, go to the other locations like the one in Polaris, where they care about their customers. I also complained about this incident to NAPA customer service. They were willing to give 10% the next time I come back to buy parts. I just feel that it was a slap on the face just giving 10% of for all the trouble they gave me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE DOES NOT!!! CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

3 months before my brakes warranty expired, my rotors get defective I went to the store, and they refused to apply the warranty. I got the most expensive ones, so I can be sure to get a good quality. Immediately before they saw the purchase receipt, they said they can do valid the warranty. The lady at the store is really rude with the customers. Don't buy from that store, it isn't worth it. I will never go back to that store.

I don’t know the name of the young lady working there but she’s was extremely helpful even showing me where I needed to put my oil because it was low.

They might be a great place to get parts, but the counter guys were slooooow. So much so that I walked out. One guy was helping a customer the other finished with his customer and just left us waiting in line while he went to look at parts. I get that he had something to do, but he could have helped the two customers waiting in line first. Disappointed. I’ll go buy the parts online ...
