I've been in this AutoZone like four times three of the times I had a young man named Paul Hicks very friendly very helpful young man.He went above and beyond to help me with my car. I just wanted to say thank you and God bless you.personally I think he should be manager rather then the lady they have currently . Thank you Mr Hicks

Had such a good experience here! I was helped out by Rosalinda and Chantine in the store, and both were so pleasant and professional. They got Shaun to come out and help me install my new battery, and he was equally amazing. The prices here are decent but the customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend this location.

Manager Jewel is super duper knowledgeable (6pm-12am shift). Forget my mechanics, I should just be coming to Jewel for 1st round advice at AutoZone!! Then head to mechanics for more. Shocked at how much time and help AutoZone is these days, or maybe just at this location? Manager Jewel is amazing!! So helpful!! Went wayyyy above to help check and fill my car! Jewel is super duper knowledgeable... Knowing lack of oil could explain my car issues coming up the past recent 1-2 years. I've been to probably 2 different mechanics, 2 battery professional and only recently learned this year about my low level of oil being an issue. Forget my mechanics, I should just be coming to Jewel for 1st round advice at AutoZone!! Then head to mechanics for more. Jewel mentioned they know about normal typical problems like mine...which my mechanics didn't event notice or couldn't even figure out. Late 2000s Prius/My car was completely OUT OF OIL!! Jewel was nice enough to fill it up with suggested (2) STP high mileage oil (my car is 75k+ mileage) and a half Lucas engine oil stop leak solution too. And left 1 STP oil, and half Lucas oil for 2days later to investigate more on its level (and for safety to fill up at my rate of random unseen leakage). It seems like a lot of the reviews are on online orders, or some customer service? I'd imagine like attitude? It's an auto part shop, not a retail clothing shop. Or maybe some rude staff who got let go? It's like working with contractors....don't expect a smile, but expect direct technical and industry questions. Will be coming back to this AutoZone for everything! Thanks Jewel!!!

Chase was so helpful! He was also able to manage several incoming calls and customers all while still helping me by replacing my headlight. I appreciate his professionalism and helpfulness.

I came here last week for a new battery and honestly forgot about a warranty from the last time I bought it. Jewel was kind enough to look into it for me because I also needed to buy a new alternator so I was telling her my struggles financially. Not only was she able to give me a new battery under my warranty but she talked me through how to change the alternator myself and she helped me out with their lender tools program they have. She helped me save so much money and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for her help. I’ll definitely be coming to Jewel for all of my car needs. Thank you again for all of your help!

I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone thanks to Deveonte S! He replaced my windshield wipers quickly and professionally, but what really stood out was his attention to detail. He noticed something that seemed off and took the extra step of consulting his boss before sending me on my way—even though I had already paid. His dedication to making sure everything was right gave me real peace of mind. On top of that, he was super friendly, helpful to his colleagues, and just had a great attitude overall. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be back!
