NAPA Auto Parts

Poor service from the parts counter. I took my head in on a Friday and was told I would have it back the following Tuesday. Called on Wednesday to be told that they hadn't even started it! They finally gave it back on Friday, claiming their machines went down - if this were actually the case, I would expect a phone call letting me know about the delay. In addition to the poor customer service, the prices are outrageous. Charged me $170 to acid dip a 4-cylinder head. Most other shops charge less than $100 for a pressure test and cleaning and will include the acid dip at no additional charge.... but all the other shops in the area have recently closed down so it would seem NAPA is taking advantage of their monopoly and gouging the price. Will not be returning due to this high price and the sheer rudeness of the men that run the back-of-house. (One gentleman, tall, white hair, was rather nice and apologized for my wait/inconvenience, and the man at the front desk is cordial. Keith and the shorter guy have an attitude problem though.)

Called ahead and told me they had the air filter I needed. Showed up there 45 minutes later and told me they didn’t have it yet and it was still on order. Not my first time having bad business from Napa

My cylinder head has been at this place for almost a year. No phone calls or anything. The job was quoted to take 6 weeks. Which is a ridiculous amount of time. I wonder if corporate would like to hear about this lack of service?

This is THE NAPA when you want service and knowledgeable people. I have been a customer here for over 30 years, and not once did I have to listen to them tell me I didn't know what I was doing, or argue about what fit this or that, these guys have always been great, and if you have trucks, this is the only place.

Greetings. I Wish if there is less than 1 star. To start I went to pro fleet near Napa Columbus. My mechanic that is trying to fix my Rv needed a Hydraulic line or fitting. So PRO FLEET didn't have it and where so nice to us. They recommended NaPa next door. We went there and as soon as we walked in you can feel the Racesem or the least just to be nice is that employee of the month that Hates His Job. (I have an african mechanic) . My mechanic asked the employee if they have similar to the fitting that we have or a new Hydraulics line with fiting. The answer was No right away without even looking. The mechanic asked him will you please ask inside behind the counter where they have hoses. And right away he had the biggest attitude ever. He went inside and asked the other employee to come explain to US that (we don't have what they want) then he came sat on the chair with attitude. My mechanic spelled a little oil from the hose we had. He asked him nicely can I get paper towel to clean ?. Right a way with the biggest attitude like we put him down . I asked him if he is alright ? And he was rude to me too. I asked him for his name . He replied (we don't give names here). This happened on April 15th 2025 at 5:32 PM so the managers or owners can go back to the cameras and see the truth. And how the employees are racist. I am employed and the regional manager for 5 states. If this person was employed in my company he will be in an investigation leave. And No I don't need money or 10% discount . I just need for me or the mechanic that is an african to be treated right. BTW please contact me for any questions your company has . And I would love to come meet or discuss.
