Wiers Fleet Service & Truck Repair Columbus

We had a coolant leak, decided to try them out since the truck was like 20 miles away. Everything was just perfect they took our truck in without an appointment on Wednesday morning , checked for the coolant leak and replaced a small hose that was bad. At the wery end they didn't charge us a thing!!!We are over 10 years in trucking and never got anything for free ever! Big thanks to you guys!!! If we ever need another service in the area we will be back!!!!!!!

My company had to use this heavy truck repair service center while on a long-distance trip. Apparently it was a little pricier than the national average but everything was corrected, can repaired carefully and properly and they were kind enough to take care of some details that were not included in the bill. I was personally treated very well by the employees and I was given good updates as to when the vehicle would be ready. Understandably this is a very busy small chain and they have fleet contracts so this isn't like your neighborhood automobile Job Shop - we had to wait a few hours to get in line but they did take care of the issue as promptly as possible. Definitely recommend.

One of the worst things that happened to me last week was my truck breaking down. One of the best things that happened to me was taking it to weirs. They definitely have my business for years to come they got me in and out quickly. They rescued me when I was stuck on the side of the road with a busted water pump. And got my truck back on the road faster than I thought they would. Great job to Brian and his team. Thanks!

By far the worst front office staff I have EVER encountered will look u in your eyes and tell u boos face lie the front desk “KAREN” is 5atar TRASH. Better bring your own parts or u will be paying 3x the price to f the part!!! FYI corporate office is just as bad trying to run that LAME game.
