I’m so pleased with my first experience at A2Z Transmission! I went there for a second opinion on a vibration in a BMW I had recently purchased. Brandon provided a more detailed assessment than the other shop. After consulting with me and answering my questions, he made the repair quickly. Brandon went above and beyond to address a related issue, but only after clearly communicating about the issue and the pricing. The shop is not much to look at (and could use a sign over the door), but I would definitely recommend them. Brandon reminded me that they do much more than transmissions and that’s definitely true. Great job. Great price. Five stars!

I have been dealing with A2Z Transmission for some time now. I had a Jeep Liberty for a few years that I just wasn't ready to get rid of. I just kept putting money into it little by little because who wants to have a car payment if you don't have to LOL. Well they knew it was time and I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. Jared listened and heard all of my concerns. He knew exactly what I needed, and him and his team made it happen. Tiffany was great with keeping in contact with me and having all the paper work ready to go. So with that being said I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from A2Z Transmisions. They rebuild the transmission for me so I would not have any issues moving forward. The Escape is in AMAZING condition. It drives great, easy on gas and rides smooth. Trust worthy group of people! First time ever at a shop for transmission work, Brandon did me well! Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. Had a transfer case gasket and a t-housing replaced. Drove off into the sunset, good as new. Very nice group of good people. Even the shop dog was cool. Bumper to bumper these guys got you covered. Will continue to do business as these guys made my first interaction with a shop easy going and trust worthy!!

Best shop in Columbus! Had a Colorado at the dealership I work at, we could not figure out this transmission leak. They figured it out and vehicle is running great. Call and ask for Brandon or Jared. They will take care of you.

I dropped off my Ford F150 to have the transmission evaluated. It was a worst case scenario and the owner was very up front about my options. I went with a rebuilt transmission and some upgrades. There was a problem with aome of the parts from Ford which made the repair take a little longer than originally thought but the owner made things right about it. Neither he nor I wanted me to take the truck until things were RIGHT. He was honest and up front about everything and i find that is getting very rare these days. I will be using A2Z for any future work that is needed on any of my vehicles. I was impressed with their work and their integrity. Definitely 5 stars!
