I recently had my vehicle serviced at Muffler Man in Taylor, Michigan, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the work that needed to be done. They completed the job efficiently and at a fair price. AJ was the best , he made sure everything was good , before I left . Great job . An excellent prices . Had my flex pipe a muffler fixed . They are fast too . Great service.

Absolutely unbelievable what I just went through here. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Dropped my truck off there this morning for a muffler and tailpipe install. We agreed on a price which I told him I thought was high to begin with but if he promised to do professional work and have it done today to go ahead and do it. The PRICE WE AGREED on was $450 to install MY muffler, bend the tailpipe and weld some chrome tips on. Upon arrival, the install looked as promised. Go to pay, hand him $450, he looks me dead in the eye and tells me the price is $750 and says that's what we agreed to. I said we agreed to $450 and I'm not giving you a penny more. He then made the terrible decision to get up in my face and start yelling. He was 1 inch away from a hospital visit. When I told my neighbor where I took my truck this morning, he actually warned me this would happen but was too late. Says they've tried to or ripped off everyone he knows that went there. Thought I would give a local business some money, but never this place again. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

What a nice place they literally saved me, I had just got off work and on the freeway my muffler fell off so I exit go to the nearest gas station I look across the street I see this muffler place love the service they literally saved me and sent me on my way 5 stars ⭐️
