DO NOT use this tire dealer. Made 8:00 AM appointment for 4 new tires but there was a problem and had words with the manager because he said I had to pay $79 a wheel to replace the tire sensors, I said the car is old, just put in valve stems, he claimed company policy would not allow him to do that, I asked for the written policy and he said no, I told him that was ridiculous and he got bent out of shape when I got upset. A couple customers came in for prices after I arrived and another customer arrived at 9:00 for service. Manager proceeded to slow walk my vehicle by having the mechanic work on the 2nd car while mine sat with nothing happening to it. After the 2nd customer left the manager and mechanic spent nearly 10 minutes setting up flags and forced air display outside before the mechanic started back to work on my car. Didn't get out of there until 10:45. Will be contacting Monro about the piss-poor customer service treatment. Other customer wasn't happy with the service they had gotten after coming in multiple times with the same issue. I had planned to purchase a set of 18" tires for my wife's SUV but it won't be from this place. The only reason I gave them 1 star was that Google wouldn't let me post without a rating. I would give them a negative 5 star rating if I could. Manager needs to take a remedial customer service course.

Don’t test drive after work is done . Didn’t make it out of there parking lot . Same issue. Did my front ball joint and front end alignment . Still popping. Upon further inspection main strut nut was hand tight at best . How was alignment don’t when rim physically loose due to strut nut not being tight ?

Roads were bad and needed new tires put on immediately, walked in with no appointment and was taken care of immediately ! amazing customer service, very grateful :)

I called early this morning and scheduled an oil change and asked him how much in the gentleman said $40 then I get there and he said oh well your car is full synthetic and it is $100. I said well I called earlier and give him my make and model and asked him how much it would be and he told me 40 and the guy said well there’s nothing I can do for you and I had to drive 10 miles out here for the worst customer service ever he was very rude and unhelpful. Never come here!!!
