Edited: I called the number left in the comment, and after 15 minutes of polite conversation and explanation was offered an apology and a $50 credit. They certainly did their best to make it right! Original 2 star review... Dropped my car off for new tires and an oil change. I realized on the way home I didn't get the oil change I asked for, and then a lug nut fell off a few days later. On replacing it and checking others, I found at least one that was very loose and may have come off soon. I've been here several times and never had poor work before now, but I'm disappointed.

Had a flat minutes before their closing time. Jim had me come in and replaced the tire. new tire went flat a few miles away.(tire was new and defective). called back, they were closed. Advised me to return at 730am. painstakingly went over the tire, wheel, and valve stem to fix the issue. Installed another brand new tire and valve stem. And sent me on my way—no charge. Stood behind their work in a professional friendly manner.

I arrived on time to my appointment, and I had to wait over 10 mins before someone came to the front desk from outside. The guy who took care of me was the store manager I believe. He was initially rude and made it apparent that he wasn't happy with me or the next few clients for making online appointments. I was there for almost 2 hours for a nail in my tire and stayed in the waiting area, so I could hear his subsequent interactions. Even though I had scheduled an appointment, he told me it would be awhile before they got my car back and looked at because they were busy. He told the next client the same thing for another scheduled appointment. After I was there and my tire was taken care of, he loosened up and apologized. I guess I would recommend that if your business offers online appointments, then it would be prudent to check your calendar throughout the day for people adding on to the schedule or you should remove that option.

My Toyota Tundra needed 90k maintenance. The mechanics did a great job (better than experienced elsewhere). They were very practical and financially beneficial through the process. I will be back!
