Autumn was my sales representative today. She did an astounding job. She was very helpful and efficient with her duties. She always had a smile on her face and a comforting demeanor that made business very easy. I’d highly recommend getting ahold of her with anything regarding getting a new vehicle!

I've had my truck for two years. Montrose has always scheduled me and deals with any problems quickly and professionally. This last time they took the time to make a one off wiring harness for an accessory I purchased. I think they did an amazing job.

This past week with you folks is the worst experience I have ever had!!! If it wasn’t oil blowing all over my car from an oil change I had and finding dip stick empty it was the A/C not fixed!! When you think you’ve heard it all for the third time of turning in the loaner I found this mess which was in the cubby hole up front now scattered across the back seat I do want to compliment Collin, he tried making it right but tonight Matt found it funny so there I was in the rain cleaning my car from the mess that was made by you folks. I was a loyal customer but would not ever come back and I will let people know the hell I went through. I left a one star review since I didn’t see any that had a negative sign in front of it. What a disappointment

I recently purchased a new 2024 Corvette from Montrose Chevrolet. The experience was very professional and positive with Dean Rotchford as the sales representative. I also utilized the service department the service was on time and done in a very professional manner. Highly recommend the dealership and its staff.

I absolutely love this dealership. I have been to just about every Chevy GMC dealer in northeast Ohio and refuse to go anywhere but here. Very honest , understanding and reasonable people. I have purchased from them and used their service department for both of my vehicles , they are thorough and do not disappoint.

No issues with the Service department other than needing to leave my car overnight due to parts availability. My issue is with Chevy in general; my car was in to fix a problem the exact problem that was a recall on the 2017-2019 Blazers but now the owner is is expected to pay for the repair. They had years to fix the issue yet I'm now being charged for it with only 37K miles on the vehicle; this is my first Chevy product in about 20 years; will probably be my last if I keep running into these types of issues.
