Valvoline Express Care

Went there to get a tire fixed. They were clearly short staffed, but the wait still wasn't bad. The only complaint I have is on the customers in line, man flipping them the bird, and backing up quick almost hitting me. Friendly reminder just because their oil changes are 15 minutes doesn't mean you only wait 15 minutes, life's to short to be an ass. Great job guys.

This place is amazing! After I tried to get my tire fixed at another store , these guys not only did my oil but they even took time to fix my tire! The prices are great. I hope more people go to see this great place. Thanks so much

I got a flat tire at dunkin, so I ran across the street to Valvoline Express Care with only so much money in my pocket to see if they could help me in some way and they were busy but, so quick to help!!! Thank you so much you guys saved me so much money and time!!! Thank you Bobby for all your help, you saved the day!!!

They didn’t check my mileage or vin or ask any questions i was in there for 40 minutes they almost shorted me an entire quart of oil by not checking on anything that has todo with my car they put the wrong oil in and they didn’t fill up any fluids , Edit and update The manager did make things by re doing everything the right way and apologized for the employee

I have a 2004 silverado and it has 6 grease fitting on the front end. I remind the tech to lube the front end. He states that lubing a front end can be a pia. They stated that they lubed the front end. Well the the front end was making noises so I take it upon myself to jack up the truck and lube it myself [ 65 yrs old]. All the grease fitting were untouched. Bad enough they did not do the job and then they lied about it !
