They didn't do what they charged me for. Cost me over $500 for my brakes. Got to Florida and brakes started acting up. Took to a Nissan repair shop here and what they said they did, they didn't. Cost me another $300+. Pretty expensive brake job. Will never go there again, nor do I recommend them. Apparently they don't know what their doing

Feb 21th I stopped to just get some air put into my tires which I have no problem doin myself and the tool bag behind the counter wanted me to make an appointment... And refused to just toss the hose out under the door... Top notch D bag!! Additional information for what? Your employees are lazy... And very UNEDUCATED...The manager knows who was working that day so take it up with them. I'll be sure to make every single person I know to never go there. Garbage employees will ruin your business.

Nothing like having to redue half assed work from these guys. My friends took their car 2015 Kia Sorento for engine work and they have completely screwed everything up. The water pump pulley is on backwards cause the belt to shred itself, there was a misfire on 2 cylinders due to them not pushing on the coil packs properly, and a few sensors were not plugged in causing the AC not to work, and the car to run like garbage. Do not waist your money taking it to here, you'd be better off paying a backyard mechanic or a well-known mechanic to fix anything on your vehicle.

I'm not happy with the service we received Saturday purchased a new tire and it went flat the guy said the rim was bent and still installed the tire knowing it was not a good idea. I called Monday morning and ask why did this happen and was told that it's not their fault the tire went flat when the tech that did installation seen it was a bent in the rim. The guy was rude and very argumentative and I explained to him that I did not want the conversation to go left this is very disrespectful I do not recommend this company Fremont you have to do better corporate needs to hold this shop responsible and accountable for their behaviors and actions the gentleman said he's been doing it over here 20 years and it's not his fault I thought customer satisfaction was still in the fact that this location but I assume it's not. (I, know the response is going to reflect on me and not them taking any accountability.) I must add that when I took the tried to a different hop come to find out the technician that works on the tire broke the sensor on the valve and also damage the valve that's what caused it to leak out air and they did not want me to bring the tire back for them to find out what the problem was the technician didn't even Notify myself or the manager that he accidentally broke the sensor in or damaged the tire air valve that could have easily been replaced by them
