Had an issue with OEM wiper blades failing, stopped into the Tiffin store and was able to get my blades replaced through Leandra and Mark. The reason why I’m making this review is because the first set of replacement blades did not fit properly after three sets of quality blades, we were able to find a replacement. The Customer Service was exceptional and this is why I am placing this review today 3/24

Tiffin O'Reilley's is very knowledgeable. When I'm in doubt on which part I need they have diagrams I can look at and compare my part to. They know cars and engines. I have gone there often and not been forced to return to get the correct part yet. The service is always friendly and fast. If they have to order a part it is usually in by the next day.

Went in to have my alternator checked. Todd realized my battery was loose. Tightened it for me, told me mine alternator was good then told me I needed a battery strap. He said that could be why my battery light kept coming on. Will go back!
