I’ve been coming here since 2006, I’ve always had exceptional service. They treat you like family and one thing I’ve always liked about them is they will show you what you need so I never feel cheated out. Those guys know their stuff, I can’t lie the prices have gone up over the years but so has eggs and milk so what can you do. The new lady they have at the front welcomes you with a big smile, and very flexible with pricing compared to other managers I dealt with in the past. They also offer financing which is a new thing, not that I needed it but I’m sure it will be helpful for some. The shop is pretty old and dingy considering it’s been there over 30 years but when it comes to my car I won’t take anywhere else it’s hard to find honest mechanics nowadays.

I was hesitant to walk into Monroe years ago I had a bad experience to get one thing done to my car and they tried to sell me another so I figured I'd give them Another try today with my 2021 Mazda. CX5 bought a Groupon scheduled thru monroe's customer service and let them know what type of car I had. Arrived at my appointment gave them all my information, the guy said I would not be able to use my Groupon for the oil change I purchased. He told me it only comes up as a high mileage oil change. guess that is standard practice with monroe. My car is not high mileage. There's always a way to change the outcome of a miscommunication in business. And change an option to put in and honor the customer's voucher I tried to work with the guy to get a bit of a discount because there was a miscommunication from their customerThere's nothing in the small print that I saw saying anything about. Saying that your car must have this particular oil change. I've attached screenshots if anybody sees something that i may have missed please let me know, I know there's always some kind of shop fee, It usually ranges from is 4 to 8 dollars not at monroe almost $18.00 Give me a break. The manufacturer recommends full synthetic changes. Blended synthetic oil changes are fine if you don't drive a whole lot, Which I don't it's not necessary to have a full synthetic oil change done. I have Done synthetic blend many times over the past two years and and have never had a problem I think He should have come up with a resolution to satisfy the miscommunication their customer service Seems like a little bait and switch to me Normally I Go to midas which is a little bit further away They are fantastic and i've never had a problem with them should have stuck with What I have always done, lesson learned

Monroe was a horrible experience for me , After waiting for 3 hours w back pain . Because the chairs were uncomfortable.I was told I dint pass which i always pass my expectations. In addition to that they were very unprofessional loud music a lot of cursing. I was devastated when i had pay 75$ for supposedly not passing my inspections.There was no policy sign hugged. if I knew that I wouldn’t have waited for 3 hours . i was getting very uncomfortable and inpatient.I will never go to more ever and I will not recommend them .

Came in to have my flat tire examined. Team was quick to evaluate the tire and give me the information the tire was too aged to have repaired and needed to be replaced. The manager Jimmie was able to locate the tire I was in need of and traveled to another location to pick it up. Brought it back and had the team change the tire with no issues. I thank them all and will be having them change my other 3 when the tires are due to be replaced.

Brought my car in before 9am. Got a call at noon that confirmed the work to be done (an oil change, and replace one headlight and one tail light). I was asked what time I needed the car when I dropped it off and I said 3pm because I had work. Even if we count from their call, that is over three hours. I arrived at 3:45 to pick up my car. It wasn’t ready, and I was told they’re finishing up the headlight. I said you know what I don’t even need the headlight, but I need to get to work so just give me the keys and I’ll go. THEY DIDNT EVEN DO THE OIL YET. In over three hours. After calling me at 12noon to confirm. They drained it but it was sitting empty. I had to cancel a children’s class that the parents and kids were already almost there for because I couldn’t even leave if I wanted to. AND THEY LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER’S KEYS! They were rummaging looking for another car’s keys talking about I can’t believe they’re lost. Beyond unprofessional. Good luck to that customer. Like just tell me it won’t be done in time and I’ll come another day. I told you I had to work and you had many hours. Literally lost me money. TLDR: 0/10 do not recommend.
