This is a terrible company, do not have your car towed here. The scammers are trying to collect excessive amounts of money, my car has been there for 11 days and they are telling the insurance company that there is a bill of 4 thousand dollars. The insurance company tells me that this is too much money and they will not cover it. And when the insurance company asks for the bill, they do not send it, they say they cannot send it, do not trust this place. They are not friends of your wallet.

I experienced a fender bender that rendered my vehicle undriveable, leading to its towing to this shop. I cannot recommend this place, as the service was abysmal. They kept my vehicle longer than necessary to inflate the insurance costs. Upon finally retrieving my car, I discovered that items had been stolen from it, and my doors were not programmed correctly. Overall, this shop is terrible, and the staff is unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid this location and proceed at their own risk.

Someone from this company showed up at a car accident I was in yesterday, called an ambulance and supposedly lied about the health condition of those involved- nobody was injured- and tried to pressure all involved to have cars towed here. First it was a, “secure holding facility,” which quickly turned into a, “body shop,” when insurance was brought up. When asked if the person who showed up was contacted by the police they said no, they happened to see the accident and come over…. They continually asked for insurance deductibles and went as far as threatening that police could ticket for vehicles being stuck in the road. Thankfully insurance was able to sort a tow truck and the police assisted. Do NOT let these people take your car!

Don’t go here there objective is to get as much money as from your insurance company or hold your car hostage for storage fees.. I got my car fixed for a fraction of their price elsewhere..

Scam Alert! Do NOT have your car towed here. They charge storage and tow fees 20x higher that the legal limit and they hold your car hostage while you argue about the fees. The township and Attorney General have received numerous complaints regarding this scam. They are horrible to deal with and should receive negative stars
