I had my car towed here after someone hit my car while my son was parked on a street, from the tow truck driver who my kid said was very very nice, {to get a compliment from him is a huge deal} Shout out to Jason G., TY!to the people in the office, they were so nice and I felt like they actually heard what I was saying, they handled the entire incident very well. Now it took my INS Co over 2 weeks to provide them with a check, so the length of not having my car killed me but it was no one's fault except the INS CO. When I got the car back, I heard something weird and I was oh God here we go, because in the back of my mind I'm thinking I just read all these reviews, well they fixed it immediately. I think the paint could have had a 2nd coat in 2 tiny areas, which I'm 100% sure they will touch up for me or I will be revising my review. Lol I'm just so grateful to have my car back, thank all of you.

well, despite my frustration and being 19 trying to handle this by phone at my day job, i can say the man on the phone was very reassuring as he was helping me to finish the steps. being honest i was mentally preparing to get mad at a real scammer after waking up to see the reviews of this place where my car was because i have never been in that situation before. please don't be like me and jump the gun, some life advice; real ppl wanna really help. I was mad and just as confused as the man on the phone, and literally apologized for biting his head off. His advice: digital footprints can bite you back. I forgot that when i needed to remember it most soo moral of the story guys is manners are free!

Ya guys did a good job on the body parts!! But did not fix the engine light! Ya lied to me that ya did and telling me to drive for 30 miles and it will reset itself !!! The engine light never did reset itself!!! Ya just a bunch of lair !!!! Than ya wanna blame my insurance that they only told u what’s to be fix!!! When my insurance said!! Ya guys job is to fix the car! There job is to pay what’s cost to repair!! Not only that !! I got my car back from ya ! Gas was on E!!!! My case bottles of water in my trunk was emptied!! Horrible service!!! I will let everyone know ya guys are no good and for everyone not to take there car to ya shop!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! This place is the worst. They never answer the phone. They will do everything to over charge the insurance company for work they never do. This place is horrible. Your insurance or you will never be able to get in touch with this place
