So I've been wanting a remote starter for a month and this spot had their doors open for business and was even willing to do it rite then and there so I stopped at mc Donald's for a bite to eat and by time I got back they were done and the tech was nice enough to tell me about my new viper remote starter and I was on my way.

DO NOT GO HERE! I gave them a star because it doesn’t let pick negative 5. I went there with my wife for a remote starter and the owner was rude. He tells me: You don’t like the price that my guy gave you. I said: I’m checking prices first. He got mad and acting like if people have to buy regardless if they like the price or not. He’s not paying for it, it’s the customer. Then when I left, he goes to the parking lot, knocks on my window and tells me $350. He didn’t even let me talk, turns around and goes back in. I went today and said ok I’ll do it for $350 and he tells me, no it’s $400 and you disrespected me for not trusting our service. Dude I don’t even know you, why I’m going to trust you. I check prices first and that is not being disrespectful. Then he was rude. I had buy from this place 4 times, years ago, but I will never again. As a matter a fact the DS4 plug and play cables that he had for $199 are at $79 at amazon. I know you have to make a profit but don’t get mad at people if they’re checking prices. Specially if you overcharging. People do yourself a favor, avoid the headache and go somewhere else!

I brought my car here three different times for a remote start. The first time, this company installed my remote start and told me they tested it and everything was working fine. The next day when I tried to use the remote start, it didn’t work. I ended up calling this company up and explaining that the remote start didn’t work. After giving them the make and model of my car (which they already had since I was there the day before) I was told, that they had to order a special remote start because of my car. Once the remote start was ordered and arrived, I drove there to get it installed (for the second time). This time I tested it to make sure it was actually working before I left. However, a few months later, the remote start stopped working. When I called this company to see when they had availability for me to bring my car (for the third time) the staff were so rude and said “well I can’t fix it over the phone for you.” All I was asking for was for availability to bring my car to figure out why it wasn’t working. Anyways, I ended up bringing my car to the next day and I was told, everytime my car updates, the remote start doesn’t work. This was something that was never explained to me on the other two times I dropped my car off, nor did anyone tell me how to fix the issue if it ever happened. Honestly, dealing with this company has been nothing but headaches. The staff are so rude and short with you anytime you ask them a question. I also think they are not upfront about their work and can easily check if something is working or not before a car leaves, to ensure the work is done correctly, which they don’t. I’m sure there are other companies that specialize in remote starts because this one was a mistake.
