We got stuck in Las Vegas and called this company to repair our car and see what the issue was. We paid a lot to get this fixed and it appeared to be working afterwards. We drove back home to Utah and half way there the engine light came back on. We got it checked out at an auto zone and the code was for the same thing we just replaced. We took it to our place back home and they said that the air filter was put in backwards, and was also the wrong size. The maf sensor that was installed was an after market sensor that was not compatible with the vehicle causing the light to come back on. We tried calling them to work this out, but they said we had to bring it back to Vegas. We can’t drive back to Vegas especially with a broken car and they didn’t help us out and we lost a lot of money. Not happy with the services provided and the fact that they wouldn’t work with us afterwards even with the proof of the code reading and messages from the other company they refused to take any responsibility.

Steve was amazing, and Jose came right out and got our driver back on the road with a new fuel pump in just a few hours. They were more affordable than I expected and didn’t take advantage of the fact we are from out of town! Thank you guys!

Jesus thank you for being so kind to me when you showed up to fix my car, you were very nice and even offered me some water since it is very hot outside. Came into town for an oil change but valvoline wouldn’t service my car because I had a coolant leak in one of my hoses. David was a tremendous help he was able fix the hose, change my oil, and fill up my coolant. He went above and beyond to help me and I’m eternally grateful for Mobile Mechanics. All other mechanic shops are usually closed after 6pm so it was a blessing that I found Mobile Mechanics before I broke down on the road.

They told me they called me in 30 minutes. I sat there for 3 hours. Finally had to pay for a tow to get my truck home. All this and they want 175 per hour. 1hr minimum when all I need is a caliper bolt.
