Walked in everyone was busy, when an employee became available they asked if they could help us. We asked for the item we were looking for and she went to get it. It wasn't an exciting transaction but efficient. We walked out within 10 minutes of entering the store with the item we wanted. Good service, no complaints!

Richard was great! He took the time to listen to my issue and he looked at the picture of my oil on my engine. He listen to my concerns and my suspicion of the oil cap being the cause of losing oil. He looked at it and he was able to answer my questions. Unfortunately when we looked for my specific car year and model to get a new oil cap they currently did not have any and I told him thank you and I would go home and try to maybe get one from Nissan or Amazon. Before I could leave he came back to my car to find me to let me know he found an oil cap that was the same exact size for my Nissan kicks just a year off but it was perfect. Cyndi was super super helpful with retuning items and helping me find what I needed while also making sure I got my autozone points also she was funny and polite with EXCELLENT customer service. I will definitely comeback

Went in looking for waterpump. At first I was devastated because they told me they didn't have it in store. But they said they dad it over there hub store on Nellis and lake maed. Graciela took care of the process and made it easy for me to go pick up the part I was looking for . Will be coming back soon . Everyone at the store seamed friendly

Came in around 1 pm and was a bit busy . Once it was my turn in line I got frustrated cause they told me they couldn't find the part I was looking for . I even asked if maybe one of the other workers could possibly figure out what it was . Turns out no one had idea what it was till the one gentleman who was changing a battery outside for another customer ended up taking a look once he was finished taking care of the customer he was already helping. He went outside to my vehicle to look at what i was talking about, and shortly after, he had to find it on Google and reference it to the computer . Turns out they had one in the back and was exactly what I was looking for . Thank you Richard , you saved me the hassle of going around to different stores . You really know your stuff man !
