A++ I felt like I was in good, honest hands from the moment I walked in. Mark listened to my situation and took care of my vehicle in a timely, professional and economical fashion. Even went above and beyond when the work was completed. I hope I won’t see them again any time soon, but I know where AAA will tow my car if and when that time comes. Thank you to the team!!!

The guy at the desk has an attitude towards trans/gender neutral people, and he had Fox News blasting on the TV. I was not treated professionally or kindly by him. The young girl at the desk was very nice and courteous. My car issue took 2 days to fix and cost me more than other non-dealer places would have charged.

This place deserves less than 1-star for many reasons. They charged me $130 for a service that was partially done and never completed. And they let me leave without telling me how bad a problem was.. Afterwards, I shopped their estimates and found almost 50% lower bids. Adding to that, the girl who waited on me lacks decent customer service skills. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Lanae kicked so much ass for me. I walked in and had a new axle done in about an hour. She was extremely helpful, so her boss better see this!!!! Oh and the guys in the back doing my work fast are amazing to!

Great customer service. Marc the manager was very professional and courteous trying to help me with my 2010 S550. as we're the other 2 members I spoke to over the phone. Great job at this location and will definitely go back for service. I purchased the lifetime alignment.

Nicole was kind and very helpful. Even though I had just stopped in for a quote, they were able to work on my car. They went over everything with me, from start to finish. I will most definitely go back.

Made an appointment on the app for an oil change and total time was 1 hour and mark was amazing and over all friendly!!!! Wish we had a firestone like this back in Albuquerque. Definitely will be coming back to this location and asking for Mark if I’m ever in town again

Promt, courteous service! Quality work at reasonable price, what more can be said? Oh, did I mention that it would be really hard to find a complete auto care center facility that stands behind their work, while giving 100% customer satisfaction? I highly recommend this facility !!

I had a tire pop in the morning. I knew I had to get it fixed ASAP. The first shop asked me a bunch of questions then they said "sorry we're closing. I asked them do know any other place. The flat out said no. We then went to Firestone. The lady was so helpful. She said they were full but she would call another store. Then we went to the other Firestone and they got us in right away. They also checked the battery. Come to find out i needed a new one. Both places were so nice.
