On 05/7/25 Steven scheduled to put struts on my car at 8am. I text him at 8:37 stating I was waiting and no response. Mind you the text stated delivered. 9:57 I text him again, stated SMS sent. Then I called no answer so I left a voicemail, he never called me back. Then I text again and the message never stated delivered or anything, so that means he blocked me. I went to his Facebook page and commented on a post, but now I see it was deleted. The front struts that Steven has I PAID for those parts and to this day Steven has YET to contact me.

Steven was great and super-fast. Same-day, he was able to come get my 1997 Dodge Dakota moving again and taught me what I needed to replace so I can do some of the work myself. (This was an electrical problem, which I hate working on.) Professional and good communication.

I couldn't decide whether to recommend or not. First off, he came over to the house and immediately said my wheel hubs needed replaced and didn't test drive. I thought it was the brakes all along but I'm not a mechanic. $800 later, I have new wheel hubs but the brakes are still bad. So, my brakes still have to be replaced. The only way he was going to make it right was to put on my brakes labor free. He's a friendly guy, but that don't get any of my $800 back.

I was at work and had a flat. Screw in my tire. I called him on my break and he came right out to change to my spare. He was a lifesaver for me. Priced very very reasonable. If you need help he's the one to call. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and will get you back on the Rd. Thank you again.

Horrible service, late so many times, was expencted to be at our house at 3:00 PM last friday, we waited til 5:10 PM, he never showed that day. was supposed to be at our house Sunday at 9AM and didnt show at all that day either, and today, Wednesday, i asked if he could be here at 12, he said he will be here at 10...never showed and added random expenses that made zero sense. Constant excuses, constant procrastinating, extremely unprofessional, putting other clients infront even if hes actively on the way to us. Doesnt answer for hours after he is texted, says he will look into something and when you call back to check in, hasnt even looked into it. Horrible experience, i DO NOT recommend. Save your time and go with someone better. (This review WAS NOT because of my financial situation, it was because of your unprofessionalism, tardiness, lies, non communication, it had nothing to do with financial situation, you would not contact us unless we contacted you waiting on updates from YOU.) You are a great person but you need to do better business and not mention someones financial situation on a reply to a review, extremely unprofessional.
