I had an insurance claim and decided to take my car to Mission Gorge Auto Body & Upholstery and they did a fantastic job! They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. When I made the appointment to drop off my car I was advised by Marcus to ask my insurance company to make my reservation for my rental with Hertz instead of Enterprise. He said Hertz was much closer and it would be quicker, this was great suggestion and the entire process was very quick. I missed a call from the car rental place, they needed to verify my claim number and the adjuster information. When I called them back they said they had already spoken with Mission Gorge Auto and they provided everything that was needed, GREAT SERVICE. I had my car back in 3 days and it looked new again, can't even tell it was involved in an accident! I highly recommend Mission Gorge Auto Body & Upholstery!!

Mission Gorge Auto Body and Upholstery is a top notch shop! My BMW was in involved in a accident causing damage to my hood, bumper, lower grill, lights, left fender, you name it. Spoke with Mark the owner, brought it in, next day he had the estimate and the date it would be ready. I got to say, picked it up on the date he gave me ,. Very super cool guy with great auto body technicians. Highly recommended for all your auto body needs.

Excellent service, detailed work and pricing. HIGHLY recommended. Took my car in after being sideswiped in a parking lot. Marcus took great care of my car! Worked directly with my insurance dealer taking a lot of the stress out for me, got my car back looking great!!

Taking your vehicle to Mission Gorge Auto Body will probably be one of the absolute worst decisions of your life. The shop had my car for a total of 57 days to complete work on the front passenger side after a collision. 57 DAYS I SPENT WITH NO CAR. Not only that but they did not fix my car properly AT ALL the first time I went to pick it up so I had to take it back to them. The second time I went to get it IT WAS STILL NOT FIXED CORRECTLY. Paint job was horrible, my car has trouble starting now, mysterious dents and a huge list of other issues. At one point, I could not reach anyone at the shop for over a week so I wasn’t even sure if I was ever getting my car back! Furthermore , the shop lied to me and claimed my insurance wouldn’t cover brand new parts that my insurance PAID THEM FOR!! When I finally got fed up and took my car, I found trash and marijuana in the back seat. GO TO MISSION GORGE AUTO BODY & UPHOLSTERY IF YOU WANT THE TJ SPECIAL!!

Very unprofessional. First, the phone was answered with just a hello. No no acknowledgement of the business. The I was placed on hold for a long time. The guy who answered the phone was rude, and opened with what do you need. I felt as if I was holding him up for something. Keep I'm mind that I was the one placed on hold. When I asked to get a quote, he sighed and just put me on hold again. Maybe he was having a bad day, or he thought I was someone else. Either way, it was poor customer service. This shop will never get my money.
