The lady is so nice but the old man he is mean usually if something is huge and expensive suppose to be special order but anything is not in stock and they told you we need to order it from the hub thats mean its a special order and they will not return even if it was a set screw. Thats not right they said the new owner make this decision

Parts department is horrible. Incredibly slow and understaffed. Ordered a part months ago, finally called to check on it only to be told my part was never ordered. A part that I had paid for in advance. Got a call saying my part was ready to pick up, went the next day and they were closed apparently for inventory. Don't know who are closed 2 days during the week for inventory
