Excellent service from the LaFontaine service department. Mrs. Jessica Bolden has wonderful customer service skills and was very helpful. I was provided with a loaner SUV for two weeks, that was greatly appreciated. While i decided not to get my 2015 Buick Encore repaired. Mrs.Bolden recommended Sales associate Mr. Julian McBride, who helped find a SUV. Thank you, again, Mrs. Bolden and staff for all your help and for making me a new customer. I got a 2022 Honda H-RV. 馃槑

Don鈥檛 take your vehicle there. I took my vehicle there for an oil leak and they also did a tune up. I picked my vehicle and it shut off after driving for 15 miles in the middle of the highway. Now my vehicle has misfires which I didn鈥檛 have before and they try to tell me they can鈥檛 find what is wrong with my car. On top of that they can鈥檛 identify the reason for the engine light that I didn鈥檛 have before until I picked up my vehicle. VERY poor quality work.
