Displeased and disappointed is an understatement. We took our car in for a few issues- oil leak and reduced engine power. He got it done in a few days and charged us $700. That included some services we didn't even think had issues. With in a week of having it back, the reduced engine power happened again. We brought it back again and he "fixed" it again as well as fixed the pedal he just put in the week before. He told us to "take it for a spin" and see how it goes. 2 weeks after that, we had to bring it back AGAIN for the reduced engine power and oil still leaking (after being "fixed"). It spent another few days there and just got picked up. While checking out, we were charged $400 for the oil leak, which was on the original receipt. He tried to claim it wasn't brought up the first time. After showing proof from the original receipt showing the oil leak, he gave cash for a refund and told us to "stay out of here". We didn't want to go back after the first time we had to take it back, but it was supposed to be under a warranty. Do not recommend going here!

Always my go to shop when I need repairs done. Quick, affordable, and quality work; which is very hard to come by these days.

Mike has always gotten the work done on our vehicles quickly and does a good job. However, he does not acknowledge your warranty if you have one on your vehicle. My husband told him and the lady in the office that he had a warranty company he would like Mike to call, gave the number, (etc) when he dropped his truck off. The lady on the office wrote it on the work order. Mike did the work, and when we picked the truck up, we were told Mike does not use warranty companies because they have been burned in the past (understandable). But neither Mike nor the lady in the office were honest with us about that up front. We found out after Mike did all the work. So just a heads up, if you’re looking to use your warranty to help pay, don’t come here. I don’t think it’s a very honest reflection of their business and we will not be bringing our vehicles here anymore.

We took our car here because a friend of ours told us they are trustworthy. We came to pick up our car after they called and said it was ready after 2days just to diagnose a light on in the dashboard, when we started the vehicle to pick it up there was a different light on in the dash, Mike told us that was normal….wait what!?!? It wasn’t on before I brought it in and now it is….. so they said they would look into it, next day we came to pick it up. This time it wouldn’t start because they left my key in the ignition turned on all night. After they jump started my car they told me I should probably let it run for about 15 min after I get to where I’m going since it wasnt far away. I turned the heater on and it smells like wd40 now….. needless to say we now have to find another mechanic. I will say they got us in quickly, but unfortunately they did not make me feel confident in bringing my vehicle back.
