The Midas location in Monroe Michigan on S telegraph is a great place to service your vehicle. Very friendly and honest. I’ve only been there for oil changes but they have never heard them try to up sale any customer. I would highly recommend them

Took my truck into Midas for a few issues. They worked as hard and fast and they could to get my truck back to me knowing I needed it for work later that night. Issue after issue, they worked with me through them all and helped me out tremendously! Thank you guy on telegraph for all my turbo issues!

This Midas will absolutely take advantage of you I needed a cv axle and live 4 hours away I was so scared to be stranded so as they were looking at my vehicle I immediately started calling around for cv axle which no auto part store in the area had one except for ford which was gonna be around 150 so that was a relief knowing I wouldn’t be stranded well the Midas guy came back and told me that he could not get the part from the Midas warehouse or whatever until the next day i told the guy that will not work I would be stranded I told him ford had the part for 150 and they said they would deliver to Midas. CAN YOU BELIEVE MIDAS ORDERED THAT PART FROM FORD AND CHARGED ME 350.00 FOR THE SAME EXACT PART FROM FORD AND THERES NOTHING HE WOULD DO ABOUT IT ALSO SAID I COULD NOT ORDER IT MYSELF OR THEY COULDN'T DO THE WORK. This place charged me over 700.00 to literally change 1 cv axle that took them less than a hour to do. BEAWARE!

I go here for oil changes because I think they are a cut above a drive-thru place. They are friendly and knowledgable and I really appreciated that the guy called around to find out what kind of wrench I needed for the lug nuts on my tires. I thought they were going to have be pried off because other places couldn't find it so that was a relief!

Great place! Called at 8:30 am and they were able to get me in at 12 that day. Afterwards they send a detailed report with pictures of my vehicle and tires and dash lights. Very professional! They are my new go to for exhaust work!

The worst place I have ever taken my car to. Took it in for a new power steering pump and had to take it back 2 times after they installed it only to find something else to have me pay for when it initially should have been detected the first time I brought it in. Also Isaac the first man I spoke to failed to tell me when he took the job,the machine they flush out fluids with was broken and they didn't have one so they just didn't do it until I brought it back a second time and then they borrowed one to flush my power are fluid out. Horrible service when you can't even tell the truth the first time I brought my car in there. Disgusting customer service.

Enroute to Maine our brake light came on and stayed. The guys here got right to it, found our problem, and got us back on the road in less than an hour. All while treating us and other customers with big smiles and familial friendliness. Thanks Monroe Midas

Isaac did a great job with explaining the importance of the repairs needed on my vehicle. I love the work these guys do, and they never try to sell me things I don’t need unlike other facilities.
