We were running out of options when it came to fixing my husbands truck. He worked countless weekends to get it fixed and with a new baby on the way soon, we were running out of time. Dropped our truck off Wednesday and just got it back this morning. It’s running great!! We can’t thank you all enough. This has been a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Very affordable pricing and friendly staff. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family. Thank you!!

ConsumerThey will repair you vehicle but will charge you another 3% if you use your charge card to pay for it!!!!! I find that outrageous!!!!! Another $30 added to my bill because I don’t currently have $1000.00 cash. I won’t be using them again.

First time customer. Very impressed the mechanic called out the issue before he even looked at my vehicle gave me a ball park price on the repair, and it even came in lower will definitely use them again.

Women up front did not want to socialize or help it seemed. Had issues with my Prius that was not battery related and wouldn’t give me the time of day. Said to go to Paulies or no one else would help and Midas next door helped no problem or question. Hire men !?

It was an absolute pleasure to meet the ladies at female-owned A1 Auto Center. Heather, Brandi and Judy. @A1AUTOCENTER 💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙💛💙 I had my vehicle looked at by a shop located in flat rock who quoted me several thousand dollars for an entire replacement of rack n pinion power steering system... BIIIG BUCKS! 💸 Wanting a second opinion and feeling something was off (way off) i found A1 Auto Center on Monroe and Friends Group on Facebook and brought it in. I was very attracted to the fact they cater to women like myself that might not be over familiar with the inner workings of a car. We NEED more businesses like this that look out for their own community. They got me right in and after an hour, the tech came out with an odd look on his face and said "I don't know why that other shop wanted to replace the entire rack n pinion, we can only find a leaking power steering pump. At best it might just need some new hoses. At worst it needs a $500 pump and that's it!!" First time visiting this shop and they've saved me several thousand dollars already. That's a lot of money. Why do some of these other shops find women as easy targets to rip off? HOW is that a good business practice? He ended up losing a ton of business with that poor decision. Not only myself but others that get caught up in that scam. Im sincerely disappointed we have shops out there that feel this is acceptable. Its not! Especially now with this insane inflation amoung us? A1 Auto Center's motto is 💛WE'RE LADY FRIENDLY💛 and I AM LOVING IT! First time getting work here. Staff is very friendly. The waiting area could be a little more inviting for customers waiting with vehicles (like TV and/or some kind of beverages). Compared to other service shops in town I will definitely be back, for any service that my regular shop can't perform.
