Can't say enough about how great and friendly they were! I got a bad flat near their shop and they were able to get me taken care of quickly, even without an appointment, otherwise my day would have been a total mess. The kind of experience and treatment you don't forget!

Staff is awesome and friendly. I somehow picked up a nail in my truck tire, they got me right in and gave me an awesome price for.the repair. I highly recommend this Midas.

This location is the only one I schedule appointments to. The customer service is always great. I'm always greeted and thanked for my visit there. The repairs and recommendations are always on point. They do a great job repairing my car. Depending on the repair, they get me in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Midas on Karl Rd!

Went in for an oil change and the experience was 10/10 the manager and the staff was great it was fast. And the interaction as far as customer service was very natural and respectful. I’ll be going back, check them out for all your service needs. They do great work at a great price.

11/19/24…I had the absolute worst experience today. I scheduled an appointment for noon to have my vehicle inspected due to a noise when I break. I had to leave and reschedule because the lobby was full of customers waiting. I called later to verify the price and a guy by the name of Shane/James, (couldn’t make it out for sure) was beyond rude when I asked how much the inspection was. I was just asking for clarity as I did not need a full vehicle inspection. His response was “we do not do anything for free.” I explained to him that I understand that however, I just wanted an understanding prior to booking with Firestone who is $40 less. I hope he gets reprimanded for his actions and lack of customer service. His inability to communicate effectively will result in a huge loss of customers. However, on a positive note the gentleman who scheduled my appointment yesterday was phenomenal and beyond polite.
