Krieger Ford - Parts and Service Department

Great experience—no issues. I had a lot of concerns about my truck since I’m planning a cross-country road trip, but the service department didn’t try to upsell me. They checked everything out and reassured me that the things I was worried about were actually still in good condition. Would recommend.

Waisted 6300 on a car that don’t run. My car been serviced TWICE since I bought it in August. And some how my serpentine belt still SHREDDED. If doing engine work how does no one not notice the belt was not good. Since before it was serviced first time there was burnt rubber smell. Along with it overheating. Get car back still overheating. Goes back now not overheating but my car doesn’t start almost over half the time. I have to shift gears then start. My car knocks when I turn AC OR HEAT on . Then. I caught it randomly knocking after it’s been off over 5-10 minutes. Belt always made some whistling loud sound. I got ahold of someone within 24 hours of my purchase with the original issues. I came here for the fact it’s full of good reviews. I feel robbed. My daughter missed like a month of school and school just started not long ago. Missing IMPORTANT APPOINTMENTS AND SURGERY. I needed a reliable car thought I was getting a good one. And I’m in HE LL. Can’t carry my daughter 2 miles a day she has cerebral palsy and can’t walk long periods.

I took my F-150 to Krieger 3 times now for basic service with poor results every visit: The 1st time after leaving I could tell immediately that my tire balance was off. This was not a problem prior to taking my truck in. Took it back for it for that problem to be fixed and after ~30 minutes the issue was fixed due to “dirt build up” on the wheels... After the 2nd service, I had oil dripping from my drain plug in my driveway. I took it back to have the issue fixed and it took TWO HOURS. The service tech never turned in the keys after fixing the issue... Finally, the 3rd time taking my truck in for the works package (oil change, tire rotation and basic inspection), it took THREE HOURS to complete on what I would consider a slow business day by the looks of the waiting room. 3 strikes and I'm done. Absolutely deplorable service, I will be taking my vehicle to a separate dealership moving forward.

Just picked up my car this afternoon. I had such a great experience! They took great care of my car, everything was on time exactly as they quoted me, everyone I dealt with was super nice. I can't thank them enough!

I was travelling through in a RV on the Transit 350HD platform. Usualy I am rather sceptical about "appointments" at car dealerships and expect to wait for hours for a simple oil change, but Krieger Ford was on it. I was in and out in no-time. Kudos. 5 stars.

I spicialy asked for the service my car needed and they have wrote it down - but after 8 or more hours, they just changed the engine oil only - I will not come to this service center, and will take my bueiseness somewhere else And by the way- the check engine light diagnostic will cost you 180 for reading the code only- coming ford, we live in 2025, reading cods are not a rocket science
