My experience with Jifffy lube had been very great. They show and advise you to get done your car s most important service. In addition they make discounts and The workers are nice and ready to serve.

After moving to the area I needed a new oil change place and I am so happy I came to this one. I hate being the first customer of the day but I was greeted with nothing but friendliness rather than annoyance. Cameron is absolutely fantastic, thorough and clear in explanations in what I needed and what could wait. They were also very fast in service. Very happy with my experience here and this will definitely be my main service place for service.

Customer service was superb, and the young lady was very kind, informative and she cared about the condition of my vehicle by explaining the seriousness of issues that were found during the evaluation process. I went to Jiffy Lube on Morse Rd. I was told it would be $74.99 - $26 coupon +tax. My bill was $70.32 and that’s with the coupon taken off and I didn’t get anything extra. I asked how was my bill that much and he said taxes. I told him it definitely wasn’t taxes. I looked over my bill and I was charged extras. Also, under comments it had that I have a check engine light on and I have no lights on the dash. A transmission leak which I don’t and an oil leak which I don’t. I wasn’t impressed and lies were told under the comments section. I won’t be going back.

My experience was very good. Explained what they found that needs attention sooner than later. Took care of what I wanted at the time and did so in a timely manner. Jiffy Lube has my vote! Courteous, professional and respectful without being pushy.
