They were not help me at all I was really upset the way she talk to me was not a professional. I never had any issues with advance auto before. I really frustrated and left the store without getting what I need.

Younger gentleman was great the 1st and 2nd time I was there today. But I’m pretty sure that the guy’s name is Jawanza, that was rude the about asking for my ID and was rude when I was walking back in the door with a snobby face and poor attitude calling me stupid over my ID because I asked if I could show my confirmation email, although I was actually getting my ID. Was just trying to avoid a trip back out. This man must be 50 years old acting like I owe him something. Would totally come here while the younger dude is working, but will attempt to avoid the other man. There’s plenty of parts stores very close.

This was the only location that had one of the items in stock. I ordered on line at 8:33 in the morning. When I got home from work and pulled up my email to print the order ready email, I had an "your order has been picked up" email at 9:43 am.
