Matt and his guys were terrific! The tailpipe on my F-150 fell off after hitting a pot hole in Schenectady. His mechanic checked it out and recommended exactly what I needed. I haven't gone to Midas in years but I will definitely go in the future.

I was extremely impressed with how kind, honest, and respectful Matt was. He explained everything about my car’s issue in detail, got everyone in & out fast, and made the entire appointment smooth. I would highly recommend this location based off of his professionalism alone.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The service manager, Matt, does a great job of explaining the situation/repair/issue and not being pushy. I've had a ton of service done here over the last couple of years including inspections, wheel balancing, oil changes and puncture repair. They can typically get me in within a day or two which is great! They also found an extremely dirty cabin air filter that was completely missed/overlooked by another local mechanic. The only unfortunate thing is that they were pricey on tires compared to other local tire shops; I would have loved to purchase tires from Midas to get the warranty/service package! Will continue to patron this location though.

I have been using Midas (the Glenville store specifically) forever a decade. I've seen it go through several managers. One thing that didn't change was the friendliness of all the employees and managers! They would explain in detail all things they had done for the several different cars I've owned. Never had a problem with them. Current mgr very welcoming and easy to talk to. Don't have anything bad to say about the store. Job well done!

Matt was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to squeeze us in on the first of the month late in the day for inspection. They provide images of all problems and or repairs suggested and send them right to your phone! They have a great team that clearly works well together. I will go here again ! 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in there for a few things to be fixed, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone there was respectful especially the mechanic Matt. Highly recommended auto shop!
