High Mills Garage

High Mills Garage did a great job serving my car. They made me feel comfortable from beginning to end, and they were very easy to work with. Great communication and great work. We take all of our cars there now. I highly recommend them.

John and Glen were so friendly and accommodating. They explained everything they worked on and I never felt pressured to buy anything extra or unnecessary like I often do at other garages. If I ever need work done to my car again, I will definitely be back!

I'm very pleased with my experience with High Mills Garage. I'm new to this county of New York and it was my first time using them. I made an appointment for the service, Glen called me the next day with options for tires . I selected what I wanted and they ordered them. All parts had arrived prior to scheduled appointment and the work on the car was completed in one day. I do most of my own maintenance and repairs on my vehicles and typically only use a garage for things like tires and alignments or when my job gets extra busy and I don't have the time. I'm pretty picky with maintenance: I clean and grease all fasteners and always use a torque wrench etc., I only share this to say that I was very happy with workmanship from High Mills Garage. All the work I requested was done well and on time, the car was returned in tidy condition and the price was very reasonable. The whole experience and their communication was great and I will use them again without hesitation.

Was looking to start a relationship with a new repairer. This team came highly recommended locally. First visit was to install my tires and do an alignment. Timing, communication, and pricing was all great.

Recently relocated to the Glenville area and my car was due for a August inspection.After Google searching and then calling several other garages( that were booked until Sept) ,I called High Mills and was given an appointment for the day I requested.The woman who booked my appointment was very pleasant.The day of my appointment,I dropped my car off and was pleasantly surprised to find a clean office and clean ,comfortable waiting area .I received a text later on that morning visually explaining my inspection which was something I've never experienced before and that is a great idea.Upon pickup, I had the pleasure of meeting Glenn and he explained the findings to me which was nothing more then a rear window wiper in need of replacement .So glad I found High Mills and feel confident that my service needs will be met !

Been coming here for awhile, always great service and expert advice with zero sale's pressure. Glen and his team are awesome, they found and quickly fixed the issue that had been plaguing my Volvo for close to a year that had been missed by two other shops! And did the best alignment my car has ever had. Shop's like this are hard to find, definitely pay them a visit!
