When the brothers owned it this place was honest and fair priced. Now these guys could care less about customer service and price gouge everything. Put tires on and didn't even bother to fill them at recommended psi. All 4 tires were different psi levels either way too high or to low.

A good friend of the family went to the Beaver Falls location and had to call the police because they were trying to keep her old rims, a mistake is one thing, but to call her a liar and try to keep her rims is unprofessional, bad customer service, and unacceptable! And it’s not as if she haven’t been a customer before, she’s been going to them for 3 years, trusting them, then this!! People have seemed to set good customer service aside for greed and it’s appalling!

I have to give Meyer's a 4 star review overall, but Austin, who helped me out get's a 5++ Star review. Why only 4 for the store? Saw a couple of young guys trying to mount a 37" tire on what looked like a 20" chrome rim. Well, to watch them with this tire and the tools at hand, looked a bit like a monkey and a football. And, I'm sure you know what a monkey will do with a football! On the other hand, it took Austin about 15 seconds to find the part I was looking for, verified the vehicle it was in, showed me where the vehicle was in the yard, waited while I removed it (all of about 3 minutes) and he even handed me a few tools I needed when asked. Couldn't have been better. Great job to Austin. For Meyer's - go train those young guys a bit better or take the football away from them.

Great shop was able get 2 used tires in really good shape besides nickel and diming me to death on small charges for what I needed...couldn't use the extra lugs I brought, charged me for theirs, charged me to put the 2 tires I bought from them on the front and already buying tires didn't catch a break but happy with the service and they were able to do a thread trace on one of my studs, don't do military discounts but gave me a reduced price on the tires which I was thankful for! Overall good service.

Came in to get our rim bent back and a tire put on. Super quick, no fuss, straight to the point and very affordable. Definitely recommend these guys!
