The specific mention of a "Chips Away program" and "Paint-less Dent Repair" directly addresses common concerns of car owners, drawing attention to specialized services. Beaver County Collision Customer Reviews

terrible customer service. poor management. I was left on the lot during business hours when I picked up my car, they locked the doors and shut off their phones. No one was able to answer my questions as to why my vehicle was returned to me with interior water damage. The vehicle was to be serviced for hail/storm damage (external paint/dent repairs) only to get my car back in a worse condition. The car never had any water damage prior to being at this shop (its a 2016). The shop tried to "fix" the issue by detailing/washing the headliner which didnt resolve the issue. They refused to take responsibility for their error which now causes me to have to file a second claim. The manager actually said "we cant afford to replace a 3k headliner". Absolutely terrible customer service. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. I paid to have step 3 detail which it includes shampooing carpets and seats. They did not do my front 2 seats. Never again will I go there.

They are truly the salt of the earth. Adam and the crew at Beaver County Colision went above and beyond making my car look brand new after 2 separate incidents involving deer. They made the experience so easy, communicated along the way and even detailed my car when it was all done. My first instance was painless. They did an impeccable job at letting me know the status of my vehicle. I was even able to return my rental to them. My car was beautiful, inside and out! Then we had the ever so dreaded experience of hitting a deer, driving on the way home from vacation, having to leave my car 600 miles away to be repaired in Indiana. When I went to pick it up, the repairs were done so poorly, paint runs, brackets missing, the windsheild washer fluid wasnt hooked up, I even had a flat tire. As soon as we got home I contacted my insurance and then the team at Beaver County Collision. They went back and repaired my damages from the accident and the other garage. I was so thrilled with my job they did. I might have hugged my car when I got out back. They pay attention to detail and really do care about you as a custome. They have phenomenal work ethic and a friendly staff. I highly recommend them! If y'all ate reading this, thank you again for all you did. Above and beyond my expectations.

I’ve used this business literally for YEARS. They are now to busy to provide service for a long term NOT valued customer. I suggest not even bothering to call as they care for only a very select few. If one is not a part of the “in crowd” one need not bother. I am utterly offended at the extreme lack of consideration for the long term use of a local business. Even if your insurance is “valued” by this highly prejudiced selective group, I suggest strongly that you take your business elsewhere!
