Metro Audio Dynamics

Metro Audio did an incredible job on the custom build of my Lotus Exige S240! They truly did a full service design build- seat reupholstering, wheels, full custom build system including speakers, amp, sub and custom carbon fiber enclosure for my sub. The attention to detail was exceptional. The car now looks and sounds incredible! Being a very rare vehicle I am always careful about who works on my car- and they exceeded my expectations! Horrible customer service. On two separate occasions I attempted to order a part for my car. The associate at at the front desk, did not allow me to purchase the item that I was asking for, even though they had it in stock. I was told that he did not want to give it to me, “ for my own good”. I don’t believe that he knows what’s for me. He was unfriendly and unwilling to help come up with any other solutions. He refused a sale for no reason, it seemed it was his ego that was the issue. Highly disappointed with the service. I do not recommend, save your time and go somewhere where they put the customer first.

Like previous people have said. Ray acts like he knows everything. Over the phone ray tells me that he's not going to force me to do anything. Of course you're not going to force anything you're not going to tell me to do anything. And they do overpriced everything and they don't have that great of stuff I can get better stuff on Amazon. I'm glad that your company feel Superior to everybody and hopefully that keeps doing you good I wouldn't recommend anybody to this place. Also they said my stereo only single layer install they're wrong about that too. Also when a company automatically directs you on their website to loan sharks. That's your sign! Don't bother! I don't do business with over imaginated egos! Owner quit feloniously state you do business world wide. Nobody's coming to that raggedy store and thinking they're going to get Superior service! Also the verbal quote $600 for radio $100+ for backup camera. +++ Instillation. So over $1000 one review said custom build $240 for his eliage? Fake Review people can just look at pictures low class not world class really reee!

Spoke with an aloof pretentious customer service expert. Told me how amazing they were over and over again, quoted me a gigantic price. The equipment recommended was all top notch, but various extras were in the quote and an over priced subwoofer that did not fit my needs made the estimate at least 1k over what it should have been. If you get excited by throwing away your money so you can say you spent x amount on an audio system this is the shop for you. Thanks Ray!

Really pleased with my stereo installation. Ray & staff were very professional, demonstrated several of the systems they have on display, gave me a quote and recommendations for a few future stereo upgrades I plan to do. Walked me through my new stereo. Quality work, fair price. 10/10 would recommend
