I had my 1964 Ford falcon took it in had the transmission replaced did a really good job mechanic were pleasure to work with and can get along with I feel like I had a good experience and good knowledge👍👍👍

Had Impact Auto & Diesel Repair perform 4 inch lift, 20 inch wheels and 35 inch tires, replace both front and rear bumpers- planned initially but required after I nailed a deer at 40 mph. Also, recently had front driveshaft replaced. Service was quick, efficient and very responsibly priced.

Steer clear of this company! I recently changed out an EGR on my 2005 6.0 diesel. The replacement egr was defective and started having issues a day after I installed, so I took the truck to this shop. They called me and told me that it was a problem with the turbo, after I explained that I had recently changed out the egr, they would investigate the egr. They replaced the egr without a call or a quote? I was surprised by this, but I was really surprised when they charged me over $840 dollars for a $37 dollar part? Steer clear of this company.

My experience was not so good dealing with Impact Diesel Repair. They call me every other day with updates, which I only needed 1 summation, but at the end of everything, they left my Ford F-250 on the lot in pieces with the hood unlatched.( And that was after I paid more then $1,500.00 for the diagnosis) But the kicker is, I brought my vehicle in running and intact, but when I got it back, it wasn't running and it was in pieces!
