Have to drop a HUGE thank you to a great team at Bauer. I had a flat tire and had to get towed. They worked me into there schedule today. Got two new tires and they checked my brakes while the tires were off. Did I mention this was right before closing on a Friday. Thanks again to everyone who made it happen. A+ customer service that goes above and beyond.

They got me in when they said they would get me in and they got me out when they said they would get me out. The service was good and the tires we bought were good. I will definitely come back to them again. Only thing that I would say was not five star rating was they charge a 3% credit card fee, but everyone seems to be doing that now.

Nearly @ days end on Friday, they weren't closed (luckily!) despite flooding in town & surrounding area. In less than an hour, 4 tires were removed &0 replaced on the rims efficiently with the new, perfect tires i brought for less than $100!

A gentleman from this company stopped on the side of the interstate today to help out one of my co-workers. She blew a tire and this kind guy stopped to help her out! Cant tell you how awesome it is! We work in automotive and I love to see people helping people! Outstanding culture and outstanding guy!
