Mercks towing is trash, came to pick up my car key and there were over 20 keys laying on the desk unlabeled, they literally picked up keys one by one asking me if it was mine. Now I'm here waiting 30 minutes for another worker who MAY know where it is.

The tow company side of that place is crap my ford escape was on the side of the road for less than 4 hours and they towed it because it was supposedly on private property yet their were no signs at least not visible their wasnt

Wife's car died in a busy intersection but she was able to finally get it restarted. Called and Joe told me to bring it to them and they would try to work it in and have it done by Friday evening. They were able to have it repaired Friday. Everyone else I called couldn't even look at it until the middle of the following week. GREAT customer service from the team. I will drive the 45 minutes to take them all of my repair needs. Thanks Guys. HIGHLY Recommend!
