Our used car was excellent, as promised, and detailed expertly. We flew in from out of town, and Aaron picked us up at our hotel, and took us to the dealership. We have owned many cars, but this was our best experience yet! From Katie, to Aaron, to John, and George, we couldn’t have had better service from any of them! Amazing service— personal but not at all annoying. Prices are insane tho. I know nothing about cars — and I travel for a living so I spend all my time in my car. I appreciate how thorough they are—but I paid around 800$ today for a 35$ part. I was charged 400$ In a diagnostic/ labor which I already got completed through AutoZone— The diagnostic obviously not the labor. I knew the issue — but didn’t say anything. I don’t want this car messed up by others — but I’ve been here twice and spent over $1300. I’m due for a fluid replacement. I won’t be returning.
