We have purchased 2 cars in the past 3 months from Columbia Chevrolet. Ian in sales is great and Zane in service is also great. We feel like we have found a great place to buy and service our cars. We absolutely love our Chevy Bolt (Boomer car!)

On the used Tahoe Premier I purchased from Columbia Chevrolet, the transmission died after 4,000 miles. They are not standing behind the sale at all, and tell me that the (6 month) warranty was up by 10 days. But during a check in call I made to their service department, they told me it would be covered, and even gave me the part name they were waiting on. Now comes the UNBELIEVABLE part of the story. They told me that the service manager I talked to had me confused with another customer. So their apology to me during my 4 1/2 week wait while my car sat in their shop was, "Sorry, honest mistake, we confused you with a different customer!" (that ALSO had a 2017 Tahoe recently purchased from them, also had a bad transmission, and also had a warranty question.) Can you imagine, of all the gin joints, that there was a customer JUST LIKE ME, but that customer was covered under warranty. So weak. 90% of all communications came from me calling them because I was not getting any updates from them. Management cross communication is the poorest I have seen in any organization (left hand doesn't even know the right hand exists). Their initial gift to me for my troubles was an inflated repair cost ($7,200.00) But they would discount it by $1,000.00 for their mistakes. I called another reputable Chevrolet dealership in the area, gave them the VIN number of my Tahoe, and asked for an estimate on a transmission replacement. $6,200 - $6,400. Imagine my surprise!!!! Stay away from Columbia Chevrolet!

I purchased my car from her a couple of years ago and dont go anywhere else to get my car serviced. They always get me together and always open and honest with what my car needs! The prices are nice as well! The waiting area is nice as well. They have a television, sitting area, vending machines, a clean bathroom, and a nice area for your kids that has books for them to read! Also have wifi if you need to work while you wait
